These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voxplore Drywall website, courses, catalog, and community features ("Services"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Accounts and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include spamming, harassment, uploading malicious content, or attempting to gain unauthorized access. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for violations and may terminate access immediately.
4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
All purchases are processed securely. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused courses. Contact [email protected] for refund requests. No refunds after course completion or after 14 days.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, guides, and the Voxplore Drywall brand are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal learning only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Voxplore Drywall is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
